Terms of Sale & Return Policy for www.nordicphotolens.com
1. The Agreement
These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all purchases made in the online store www.nordicphotolens.com , which is owned and operated by Nordic Photo Lens AS (corporation number 935011442). By making a purchase, you accept our terms and conditions.
The agreement between buyer and seller consists of these terms, information provided in the ordering solution, and any separately agreed terms.

3. Price and payment
All prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax (VAT) where applicable.
Payment is made via the available payment solutions listed. The order is binding when it is confirmed in the online store.
4. Delivery
Delivery is normally within 5–7 business days. Production and dispatch are via our printing partner Møklegaard Print. During peak season and in the event of unforeseen events, delays may occur.
5. The risk of the goods
The risk for the goods is transferred to the buyer when the buyer, or a representative, has received the goods in accordance with the agreement.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must notify us in writing (e.g. by email to dag.melheim@outlook.com ) before the deadline expires. When using the right of cancellation, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will be made within 10 business days of approved return, via the same payment method as when purchasing.
Exception: Digital downloadable products and special orders are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
7. Complaints and defects
If the product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 2 months of discovering the fault. Complaints must be made within 2 years (or 5 years if the product is intended to last longer).
You have the right to have the item repaired, replaced, receive a price reduction or cancel the purchase in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
Complaints must be sent in writing to dag.melheim@outlook.com with documentation (picture, order number, description).
8. Privacy
We only collect personal information that is necessary to complete your purchase. The information is not shared with third parties unless it is necessary to deliver the item or comply with legal requirements.
9. Conflict resolution
Disputes are sought to be resolved amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority or use the EU Commission's complaint portal: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
